Please ensure that all users of the VR headset read the Health & Safety guidelines given below.
Before Using the VR Headset
- Use the headset only after thoroughly reading and following all the guidelines provided with the VR headset.
- Ensure that all the straps are properly adjusted, and verify that the headset is correctly positioned in front of the eyes, providing a clear image in the VR.
- The hardware and software guidance must be viewed before the use of the headset, so that the possibility of uneasiness is reduced.
- We recommend that headsets must not be used when you are tired, require sleep, under stress, or having a headache, or having any problem in ear.
- If the user is pregnant, old, have mental disorders or other major medical problems, then he/she must see a physician before the use of the headset.
Risk of Seizures
- Symptoms like severe dizziness, seizures, eye or muscle twitching or blackouts triggered by light flashes could be experienced by someone so in this situation the user must discontinue using the headset and see a doctor.
- If you previously had any symptoms linked to epileptic conditions a doctor should be consulted by you before using the headset.

Children
- Children should get controlled and directed by teachers at schools and parents at home for using the headset carefully and all the health & safety guidelines must be kept in mind by them.
- Children should get observed by their parents or teachers when the headset is being used by them and also it should get checked that they feel convenient while seeing any content in VR.
- If any issues related to their health or discomfort is noticed by teachers or parents then they must not be allowed to use the headset.
Headset Battery and Charging
- Battery of the headset cannot be replaced, repaired or accessed by the user as the headset and battery is not designed in that way.
- The headset must not be used by anyone while it is charging.
- Any kind of pressure must not be laid on the VR headset because the battery or headset may get damaged through this action and also the device must not be dropped from anywhere.
- The headset must not be put by the user in places where the sun rays arrive directly because the battery of the headset could get destroyed through this heat.
- Whenever the headset is getting charged or being used by someone, it must be confirmed by the user that there is enough flow of air. In any case, if the headset does not get enough flow of air then its performance might get affected and the risk of blast may increase.
Repetitive Stress Injury
- Using the device continuously for hours can make your muscles, joints, neck, hands or skin hurt.
- The user should stop using the VR if any of these symptoms are felt and must take rest for a few hours before using it again.
- You wear your headset next to your skin and scalp so when you notice skin irritation, swelling or other skin reaction then you must stop using it.
Device Temperature
- It is important to check the device time to time as the front area of the device might get hot.
- To reduce the risk of injury the hot surface should not be touched by one. Headset must not be used for many hours without taking a break because the temperature of the device might get affected.
